Postdoctoral bioinformatician at The Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity (University of Melbourne) in the labs of Profs. Tim Stinear and Ben Howden. My research focuses mainly on using metagenomic sequencing data from microbial communities to investigate the role of the microbiome in pathogen evolution and transmission.
