I am a self driven and motivated food science honours student at the University of Melbourne. Currently studying in the field of probiotics and food microbiology, I am fascinated in the production of functional foods and its potential in the food market to alleviate the current burden of diet-related issues. Being interwoven with nutrition in my bachelors degree, I want to be connected with the wave of scientists whom translate scientific language to consumer language. Particularly with the evolutional changes coming and going, I want to address the current and future issues of food production and the trending diets like sustainable consumerism and veganism.
